Project Unity’s Special Health Services Program serves insured & uninsured individuals who have been diagnosed and are living with HIV/AIDS.

 

By participating in this program, Clients are provided access to:

• Mental Healthcare

• Oral Healthcare

• Prescription Assistance

• Monthly Support Groups

• Housing​

• Food Assistance

• Medical Case Managers advocating on clients behalf
